About this Cause

Colorado’s wildlife is facing an unprecedented time of crisis — and we need 97 Heroes to step up. In 2025 alone, Northern Colorado Wildlife Center has admitted more than 1,400 injured and orphaned patients, many of them baby squirrels and small mammals who lost their only rehabilitation option in Colorado Springs when that center closed. Now, calls for help are pouring in from across the Front Range and Central Colorado. That’s why we launched the 97 Heroes Club: to rally 97 individuals, families, businesses, or groups, each giving $1,000, to raise $100,000 by year’s end. Every gift keeps our wildlife hospital open and ensures lifesaving medical care, food, and rehabilitation for patients who would otherwise have nowhere to go. Will you be the next hero?
